​☕️ Westbury Run & Walk Club – First Meetup! 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♂️

​All paces and experience levels are welcome.

​📍 Meet at: Le French Press
🕖 Time: 7:00 AM

​We’ll kick things off with a guided dynamic warm-up led by Ally (@axel_ally) before heading out together.

​Our route will take us around Willow Waterhole and back to Le French Press, where we’ll hang out over coffee and pastries after the walk/run.

​Come for the movement, stay for the community. Bring a friend, your favorite running shoes, and let’s start the weekend together!
