Coworking Day: get work done + connect with people
Limen runs focused [co]working sessions in Amsterdam. Small groups work side by side, regularly. Come a few times and the faces become familiar. That's how real connections start.
We meet at different beautiful places, this time — at Localie Hub, a new coworking and cultural space. Localie is known for its networking trips, culture events and expat meetups, and now it opens its doors for people to work there too. Come and see if it could be your new place to work.
Who this is for
For people who want to get real work done and talk to good people in the breaks. Bring the task you keep putting off. Leave with it done, and with a few people you'll want to see again.
How the day works [we keep it flex]
Time: 10:30–18:00, lunch 13:00.
Come and go: join at the start of any block, leave at the end of any block.
Format: we keep it flex, but approximately it's 1-hour blocks, ~40-50 minutes of focus and a 10-minute break.
Check-in and check-out: when you join, say what you'll work on. When you leave, say how your day went. About 10 seconds each.
Group: up to 10 people, with a Limen host.
Food and coffee: bring your own + buy a coffee from Localie coffee corner, barista made drinks.
One strict rule
No talking during focus time.
What you get
During focus time: the task you came with, done. Fifty minutes at a time, nobody talking.
In the breaks: advice from people who already know what you're working on, and sometimes an intro.
If you keep coming back: people you trust, who ask how it went last time.
