​Two minutes to pitch, eight minutes of questions. The questions are the point.

​This judges the local track, Build Global Buatan Malaysia, and it is the last checkpoint before the Colosseum deadline. Jacob from Superscrypt is confirmed on the panel, with two more judges to be announced.

​Six things decide it. Whether you are solving a real problem for a named user, because "SMEs" is a category and "Penang durian exporters waiting five days for payment from China" is a user. Whether the product works, with a live demo preferred. Whether Solana is central through speed, cost or composability, since a wallet connect button is not an integration. Whether you know your first ten customers and how you reach them, because "organic growth" is not an answer. Whether you have thought about BNM and the SC if you touch payments, stablecoins or tokenised assets in Malaysia, where you do not need every answer but you do need to know the questions. And whether this team can keep shipping after the hackathon ends.
