​Founded by Edwin Torres DeSantiago and Melisa López Franzen, Voyageurs Public Affairs is a strategic public affairs firm built to navigate complexity and drive meaningful impact.

​We partner with mission-driven organizations, advocacy coalitions, campaigns, and leaders working at the intersection of policy, narrative, and community power bridging research, lived experience, and organizing to turn insight into impact and ideas into action.

​Rooted in deep cultural fluency and grounded in rigorous strategy, our work helps partners move through challenging political landscapes with clarity, credibility, and purpose. From mobilizing communities and shaping public narratives to advancing policy and building durable coalitions, we design strategies that are evidence-based, community-centered, and built to win.
