​Welcome to your new evening plan. 💧 DROP by SWET is not just a workout, it’s an immersive experience where we transform the gym floor into a space of movement, music, and connection. On this second edition of DROP we are again bringing people together and redefining the "night out."
​SOUND: DJ Juano (House/Techno) will be on the sound making sure the energy stays high.
​MEDIA: Pri will make sure we capture all the best moments so you don't have to worry about anything rather than SWET.
​💦 FORMAT
​Get in, find a partner, and form a team of four. Coming solo? We’ll handle the matchmaking.
​THE WARM UP: 6 minutes of mobility and cardio to get the heart rate up and the body ready. 🔥
​THE SWET OF THE DAY: Blocks of endurance/hybrid work. Think Cycle. Row. Run. Sled. Dumbbells- distance tracked and swaps allowed as you wish.
​THE FINISHER: 6 minutes of core. The foundation for it all.
​THE AFTER: The lights stay low. Stay for the recovery, the music, and the community.
