Join us at Wheelhouse Lisbon for a special Full Moon Kundalini & Kriya Yoga experience with teacher and author Yasmeen Turayhi.
The Full Moon is traditionally a time of release, renewal, and heightened awareness, an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner strength.
In this 60-minute practice, you'll be guided through Kundalini Yoga, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and sacred kriyas designed to regulate the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and strengthen the subtle energetic bodies that support intuition, confidence, creativity, and resilience.
Together, we will explore:
The Full Moon Kriya, a special practice traditionally performed once each month during the Full Moon
Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm and regulate the nervous system
Kriyas to release fear, anger, and accumulated emotional tension
Practices to clear and strengthen the Arcline, supporting greater intuition, clarity, and presence
Radiant Body activations to cultivate confidence, vitality, and authentic self-expression
Kriyas that support prosperity, creativity, communication, and expanded awareness
As the nervous system settles, perception naturally begins to shift. What once felt heavy or overwhelming often softens, creating space for greater clarity, ease, and connection. This class is both a clearing and a remembrance—a chance to reconnect with the version of yourself that is already grounded, resilient, and whole.
No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is necessary. Whether you're new to the practice or have years of experience, all are welcome.
