Work and Worth Workshop
When Success Feels Empty: The Identity Crisis Behind Your Career Crisis
You followed the script. Good school, responsible career, respectable salary. And somewhere along the way, Sunday nights started feeling like dread instead of rest.
Most career coaches will tell you to update your resume, find your passion, or network harder. That's treating the symptom. This workshop is about the root.
Your career crisis isn't about your career. It's about the worth wound you've been carrying since you were a kid — the subconscious belief that your value depends on what you produce, how hard you grind, or how much you achieve. And until you name it, it runs your life on autopilot.
In this 60-minute live workshop, we're going to do real work together. You'll identify your worth source, excavate the limiting belief underneath it, and walk away with language for something you've probably felt but never been able to say out loud.
This is a taste of Week 1 from Worth It — my 4-week cohort for men 27-35 in career crisis starting April 8th.
What we'll cover:
Why career crisis is actually a worth crisis
