​Charity Poker Night

​Who is the best poker player within EA? A question on everyone's mind at all times, I imagine. Well, here's your chance to prove it once and for all — and for a good cause too, since the prize pool goes straight to charity.

​Join us for an evening of poker, good company, and a bit of friendly competition. Whether you're a seasoned shark or a total beginner, you're welcome at the table. We'll keep things relaxed and fun, with enough guidance for newcomers to jump right in. There will also be snacks and drinks throughout the evening to keep you fueled at the table.

​New to poker? No problem at all — come half an hour early and we'll teach you the rules. It only takes about 5 minutes to learn the basics, but we'll also take some time to give you some tips on how to play best.

​Stakes & rules

​Everyone who plays puts in money to join the table — that's your buy-in. All the buy-ins together form the prize pool for the night. At the end of the evening, whoever wins gets to keep that prize pool — but instead of pocketing it themselves, they get to choose a charity to donate it to. So no matter who wins, it's a win for someone in need. The exact buy-in amount isn't fixed yet — it will be decided in consultation with everyone joining.

​Dress code

​"Professional Poker Player" — interpret that however you like. Cowboy hat and boots? Sharp business attire? Hoodie and joggers? All looks welcome, as long as you bring your best poker face.
