In this hands-on atelier + apero, you'll discover the basics of aromatherapy and crystal therapy, how they work, how to use them, and how their frequencies come together. You’ll learn how scent and earth's frequencies can support your emotional and energetic wellbeing — then blend your own aromatherapy roll-on, set with a crystal and a written intention, to take home and use every day.

Alongside more than twenty years in international business and leadership, she has trained deeply in holistic and spiritual traditions,rooting and expanding on ancestral practices passed down through her lineage, with a particular focus on feminine healing, energy work, and the transformative power of scent and stone.
