Join WILDCOAST's Executive Director, Serge Dedina, Ph.D. and blue carbon team, as well as 1% for the Planet CEO Kate Williams and Just One Tree CEO Amanda Bronkhorst, to gain insight into what it takes to protect, restore and rewild globally important coastal ecosystems in collaboration with coastal communities.

This conversation brings together two 1% for the Planet environmental partners—WILDCOAST and JUST ONE Tree—whose shared commitment to coastal restoration and blue carbon solutions highlights the power of collaboration across our global network. With a community-based perspective, the panel will provide an overview on the role of women in blue carbon restoration, and the reality of working in the field, land and sea in Mexico and Latin America, with practical and actionable tips on how to make these projects work from a philanthropic investment standpoint.
