Eli Rezinsky
Independent Consultant for early-stage founders
Startup founder, operator, and advisor with a focus on scaling teams, customer operations, and strategy. Ex-economic consultant with a background in behavioural economics and data analytics.
Eli has co-founded and scaled a B2B startup to acquisition, advised corporates across sectors, and now consults and mentors startups on Operations and Growth.
He also teaches Innovation Economics as a guest lecturer at several universities.
Based in North London, he's the father to a toddler and a dog. 🐶
Current season: Late summer. Enjoying the more relaxed pace of fractional and consulting work, but starting to get the itch to hunker down and build again, either his own startup or with a stellar team working on an exciting problem.
Harv Nagra

Harv's goal is to help agencies and consultancies improve their daily operations by enabling them to focus on the work they're passionate about, and which brings real value to their customers.
His areas of expertise: improving processes, looking at what tech and tools can streamline work, and embedding change successfully.
Season: Late spring. I love summer, but I’m in spring. New things are happening, but I’m getting more comfortable and relaxed, and confident.
