Winter Wave III: Solstice Psychic Sleep Soundbath Meditation
Winter Wave III: Solstice Psychic Sleep Soundbath Meditation with Monika Heidemann and Jason Lindner
The Winter Solstice marks the symbolic death and rebirth of the sun. The darkest night of the year is a time of stillness and renewal, inviting reflection as we welcome the gradual return of the light and move into a new cycle of awareness.
The evening begins with a 30 min. guided Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) meditation led by Heidemann. This deeply restorative practice guides participants into a state between wakefulness and sleep through breath awareness, guided imagery, and intention setting.
Live ambient sounds and electronic textures performed by flymyspchp and Heidemann using synthesizers, voice and other instruments, will support the journey inward, as they transition seamlessly into an extended sound bath, played through the Reforesters Lab spatial and sub-bass-centered 24.2 channel D&B Audiotechnik immersive sound system experience.
