About Event

Curated by two of India’s leading young voices in Yoga, this immersive session explores the Architecture of the Mind.

In its original form, Yoga was never intended solely for the physical body. It is an ancient science designed to understand the mind and quiet its noise. By utilising breath and movement as architectural tools, we can begin to restructure our internal landscape, uncovering the profound clarity that lies beneath. Join us to explore how these ancient practices directly shape our perceived reality.

Meet Your Facilitators

Harshvardhan Jhaveri: A yoga researcher at the renowned Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute and co-founder of the Yoga Education Collective. Harshvardhan’s work is dedicated to preserving the philosophical rigor and depth of the classical Indian tradition.

Myra Khanna: With over a decade of study and teaching, Myra’s practice is driven by a deep curiosity regarding the intersection of the physical and the psychological, exploring how conscious movement bridges the two.

What to Expect

A 2-Hour Immersive Journey: A seamless blend of classical philosophy, intentional asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.

Philosophical Discussion & Journaling: Space to reflect, discuss, and integrate the teachings.
