Spend time in awareness with yourself, relax and start the week off by setting an intention for yourself in this guided meditation. Rich Brenner will guide you through a meditation designed for your well-being.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a very deep guided relaxation practice that simultaneously activates cellular repair and body-mind awareness. A phone session with me in the comfort of your own surroundings includes a combination of breath-work, body consciousness, Sankalpa (personal intention/mantra) and visualization. “Yoga Nidra” means “sleep with awareness.” In this case, you are aware that you are in a safe place while I guide you. The practice is done in a lying down posture with a covering over your eyes, and we begin with a simple deep breathing technique. This allows your body and your mind to start to quiet down and attain a more relaxed state than ordinary sleep. It’s a process that altogether, moving into a deep relaxation and bringing that feeling back with you into your world, takes about 45 minutes
