Whitney Kahn is a Senior Client Director at Kelaca, a tailored recruitment solutions firm offering Recruiting & Retention, Executive Search, End-to-End Recruitment Management, and Global Expansion services. Kelaca is culture-first, AI-powered, and human-driven. Approaching nine years with Kelaca this August, Whitney focuses on business development, account management, and helping growth-minded organizations build stronger hiring strategies across the full hiring lifecycle, from role clarity, workforce planning, and process design to recruiting strategy, hiring execution, and post-hire alignment.
Before joining Kelaca, Whitney spent 15 years with the Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA leading youth and teen programs, where she developed a deep foundation in leadership, community engagement, and people development. She is a three-time Presidents Club winner and proud UNC-Chapel Hill graduate.
Outside of work, Whitney is the proud mother of Jordan, her almost-three-year-old daughter, whom she welcomed through IVF as a single mother by choice. She is also the proud dog mom of Sophie, her eight-year-old golden retriever, who often acts as the second parent in the house.
