REX Session 2: Beginner Excel Modelling

​REX Session 2 builds on the skills introduced in the Beginner Excel Modelling session and is designed for students looking to further develop their real estate financial modelling skills.

​The session will introduce more advanced Excel modelling concepts and apply them to real estate scenarios. Students will work through practical examples to strengthen their understanding of how financial models are built, analyzed, and used to evaluate real estate opportunities.

​This session is intended for students who have completed the Beginner session or have previous experience with real estate financial modelling and Excel.

​The session is part of the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies' Excel Real Estate Financial Modelling program, which provides students with practical, industry-ready modelling skills through a combination of online learning and in-person instruction.
