FOSTERing Creativity : Urban Sketching in Amsterdam

​This will be a walking event, no more than 2.5M/4K, with other artists and enjoyers of art.

​What to expect:
Plan on the weather and bring your own supplies.

We'd love for you to give drawing a shot. And if you're not feeling super confident, no worries at all! We'll have a friendly guide there to help out beginners.

We have an essentials list for attendees if you do not already have supplies. These are just suggestions and show what you might be interested in bringing.

​Interest in our event has surged past our expectations and with that being said we have decided to pivot and be as inclusive as possible 💜

​If you have a small group of friends who feel comfortable with sketching, we encourage you to walk the path together and share your finished results on X using the hashtag #FOSTERingCreativity so we can see all of your beautiful work! There will be a QR code linking you to the google maps trip located in Dam Square. For those who are looking for more of a guided experience there will be two separate larger groups with our guides departing 15-20 minutes apart to ensure we don’t clog up the local Amsterdam streets.

​Lastly, if you are unable to attend the event at the scheduled time, we will upload the QR code to this event page after starting for anyone who wants to take the walk on a later day.
