Manager Masterclass with Steve Keeley
See all upcoming Manager Masterclass and Get the Job Masterclass dates.
Getting promoted into management changes the job fast.
I’ll start with a short teaching section on the things I wish I understood earlier in my people management career, including what to do in your first weeks, learning what’s actually working, building cross-functional relationships, performance reviews and making 1:1s useful.
Then we’ll spend most of the hour on your actual management questions and situations. Share yours when you register so I can prepare around what you need.
This is built with newer managers in mind, but if you manage people and any of this sounds useful, you’re welcome as well!
Free. Limited to 25 people.
Looking for interview prep instead? Get the Job Masterclass is December 16, noon–1 PM Pacific.
