​Join us for Konnect @ Kiln, an evening of facilitated networking designed to help you meet interesting people, build authentic professional relationships, and strengthen connections within our community.

​We'll begin the evening with a fireside-style conversation featuring Dakota Meeks, founder and artisan of Core Elements Studio. Drawing from her work transforming reclaimed wood and steel into sculptural furniture and fine art, Dakota will share how lessons from nature's core elements—earth, fire, water, wood, metal, and air—can inspire intentional leadership, grounded decision-making, and the way we show up in our work, our relationships, and our communities. More conversation than keynote, Dakota's reflections are designed to spark meaningful dialogue and set the tone for the evening.

​Following the conversation, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, business owners, nonprofit leaders, creatives, remote workers, and professionals through thoughtfully facilitated networking activities in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

​Enjoy light bites, drinks, and engaging conversation while supporting our nonprofit partner, Warriors & Quiet Waters. All proceeds beyond event expenses will be donated to support their mission of empowering post-9/11 combat veterans and their loved ones to thrive.
