Think slow mornings, deep breaths, gentle movement, and feeling held.
Embodied Anxiety is a feel-good Pilates experience designed to help you unwind, move with intention, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive—not stressful. We’ll start with a soft arrival and easy mingling so you can settle in, get comfy, and meet a few like-minded people. A licensed therapist will then gently guide us through a body check-in, helping us tune into where we’re holding stress and how our bodies communicate with us—nothing heavy, just grounding, validating, and safe.
Then comes movement. A gentle, guided Pilates flow will help release built-up tension, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to your breath and your center.
After class, the vibe continues in our Activation Space—a cozy, curated wellness moment where you can explore, connect, and enjoy all the good things. Think complimentary açaí bowls, smoothies, wellness shots, and thoughtfully curated goodies made just for you.
Dress code: Red or white athleisure. Cute, comfy, and totally you.
