

Restore: Run + Stretch Club
Our Spring Series has begun! Join us this Sunday, May 3rd at 10:00am for a stair-climb up the Coquitlam Crunch and a relaxing post yoga flow in the park! — The Lower Mainland’s first walk-to-run club, thoughtfully designed to help beginners build a strong, sustainable running foundation.
Move, breathe, and connect with us at Restore: Run + Stretch Club. A beginner-friendly community walk or run guided by trauma-informed coaches, followed by grounding yoga and breath-work. Created for those seeking a gentle, conscious wellness community rooted in safety, connection, and restoration. Whether you're training for a race or it's your first time running, all bodies, all paces, and all experiences are welcome here. Please bring water, running shoes and yoga mat or blanket.
This week, we’ll begin with mobility warm-ups, then walk or run (your choice), up the Coquitlam Crunch, a 450-step stair climb in nature, with space to move at your own pace. We’ll close with a relaxing yoga flow in the park, all guided by trauma-informed coaches who support every stage of your fitness journey.
