If you want to explore what can open up when you move out of your head and more deeply into your body, this is for you.
We're inviting you to Studio Amor's first PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® session in Berlin.
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is an intensive breathwork practice combining rhythmic breathing and breath holds, supported by electronic music. As the usual mental noise starts to fade into the background, your perception can begin to shift and you may enter an altered state of consciousness.
The journey can help quiet the mind, release mental and emotional tension and create space for creativity, insight and a deeper connection to yourself. It can also invite a more meditative state and offer a fresh perspective on what is moving within you.
No previous breathwork experience is needed. Come with curiosity and an open mind.
This space is queer affirming. Everyone is welcome to show up exactly as they are.
Before You Come
Please arrive on time. We'll start at 1:30 PM sharp and close the doors once the session begins.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Bring a water bottle if you like.
Avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before the session.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a powerful breathwork practice and is not recommended during pregnancy or if you have epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high intraocular pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, or if you are recovering from recent surgery, wounds or broken bones.
