Womxn in Tech Leadership Panel
Join us for an insightful virtual panel about being a woman in STEM. Our panelists will focus on leadership in the context of culture and power structures, and help us understand the sorts of challenges we may face as newcomers to the industry. Our panelists come from different companies such as Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook, with different levels of experience-from intern to CVP.
This is a women's panel but it by no means is limited to women! We want to extend this to anyone who would like to learn more about navigating power structures in the industry, and it may be especially helpful for men entering the industry to learn about what women go through.
You'll walk away with tangible advice for how to navigate power structures, deal with sexism, as well as important sources of support.
