About Event

Soulful Sanctuary is an Intimate 3 part Meditation Series. This event is kept to a small size to create an energy experience like no other. (Payment info below)

3pm Sound Healing/ Craniosacral

will start with a 60 mins Sound Healing combined with Craniosacral Therapy ( gentle, alternative hands-on treatment that helps calm the nervous system)

4pm Body Awareness Meditation/ Frequency Sound Healing

Continuing with a deep body Awareness Meditation you will be brought to an inner safe space w/ breath, focused energy and Frequency Bowls played on the heart and solar plexus

5pm Spirit Speaks Artful Meditation

Speaking to your Inner Awareness with purpose and intent, drawing, painting or simply writing what comes to you while words of affirmation and calm are expressed in the space.

This is a powerful combination of Meditations try not to eat heavy beforehand. Light bites and a special gift provided ❤️.
