Magic of Your Decisions: learn to facilitate the game
Study beforehand, then practice with its creator, Aizhan Kadyr
Reading about a method and trying to guide someone through it are different experiences. This training gives you time for both: start with the self-study course Be Your Own Coach, then join Aizhan Kadyr for an in-person learning game and a discussion of the details of facilitation.
Magic of Your Decisions is Aizhan's author-developed transformational game based on transactional analysis. It can be used to explore different personal questions, decisions and familiar ways of responding. During the practice day, you will work with the game itself and ask its creator about using the method.
Who it is for You may want to use the game for your own reflection, with people close to you, or as an additional tool in an existing coaching or psychology practice. It also suits people interested in becoming game facilitators. No previous experience is required.
How the training works Before October 25, study the online materials from Be Your Own Coach at your own pace. Allow time to pause, take notes and revisit the materials before the in-person session. On October 25, meet in a group of no more than eight for the learning game, practice and questions with Aizhan.
Your $350 participation includes:
The preparatory online course Be Your Own Coach.
The in-person training and practice with the game's author.
A complete printed game kit: soft game board, bag and all cards.
