Whispers of the Womb: Understanding the Female Cycle
Join us for an illuminating lecture and interactive workshop in Los Angeles.
We live in a world where fundamental knowledge about the female cycle is often overlooked. Not in school, not in relationships, and not in the ways we typically move through the world. This evening is designed to bridge that gap — offering a grounded, accessible understanding of the intelligence of the female body and how it shapes our physical, emotional, and mental experience.
Beyond Biology: Understanding the Rhythm
The female cycle is a powerful rhythm with distinct phases, each influencing how we feel, think, and move through life.
We’ll explore this in a clear, grounded way:
• What shifts: The physical, emotional, and mental changes across each phase
• What it means: How these patterns impact energy, mood, and relationships
• How to work with it: Practical ways to align with these rhythms for greater well-being
An Invitation for Everyone
This experience is designed for both women and men:
• For women: Deepen your connection to your body and its natural rhythms
• For men: Learn to relate to this rhythm with more awareness, respect, and clarity
• For relationships: Build stronger, more attuned connection through understanding
More Than a just Lecture: An Interactive Experience
This workshop-style evening brings knowledge into lived experience through conversation, reflection, and shared presence.
Our intention is simple: to make this knowledge practical, accessible, and relevant to everyday life.
Join us for an evening of connection, discovery, and deeper understanding — grounded, informative, and directly applicable.
