[The Lounge] Monthly session: How to Get Hired at an AI Company
Our monthly webinar series, hosted by Women of Customer Success for members of The Lounge. If you're not a member yet and want to join this webinar, you can join at womenofcustomersuccess.com/membership and then register here.
AI-native companies are hiring for post-sales roles, and their hiring processes often look different from traditional SaaS. Teams tend to be smaller and flatter, and the work moves quickly. Many of these companies expect everyone in customer-facing roles to use AI tools and help customers adopt them.
In this session, Vanessa Piacente, Global Adoption @ElevenLabs, Adèle Dugré, Head of Global CX @Dust, and Hillary Curran, Sr. Director, Customer Experience & AI Enablement @Guru, will talk about hiring from their side of the table. They'll cover what they look for in candidates and which skills and experience carry over from traditional SaaS. They'll also share how they assess a candidate's comfort with AI, what makes an application or interview stand out, and what the day-to-day work looks like once you're in the role.
Bring your questions. There will be time for Q&A, and you can also submit a question when you register so we can make sure it gets covered.
Who it's for:
Members of The Lounge membership (through Women of CS). The session is for individual contributors through Senior Managers in customer success, account management, support, onboarding or any other post-sales function. Registrations are reviewed.
Format: 60 minutes on Zoom.
This is the second of three monthly Lounge webinars this quarter (Q4 2026), with one more in December.
