​For this session, Revathi Venkatraman, Global Vice President of Customer Success and Support for Slack at Salesforce, will walk through a piece of work currently on her plate: the situation, the decision, what she'd do differently, and the part she hasn't solved yet. Revathi runs the room for the full hour. She'll present first and then open it up to questions from the group, so come with the things you're working through yourself. You can also submit a question when you register.
