[The Lounge] Monthly session: How to be efficient with AI

​AI is now part of most post-sales jobs, but there's a big gap between using it occasionally and using it in a way that actually gives you time back.

​In this session, Chad Horenfeldt, Head of Customer Success @Avoca and Missie Dunham, Sr. Director of Customer Success @Constant Contact will each walk through how they use AI in their day-to-day work: the tools they've settled on, the workflows they've built around customer calls, renewals, account planning and internal reporting, the things they tried that didn't stick, and where it saves them the most time each week.

​Bring your own use cases. There will be time for questions. You can also submit a question when you register so we can make sure it gets covered!

​Who it's for:
Members of The Lounge membership (through Women of CS). Individual contributors through Senior Managers in customer success, account management, support, onboarding, or any other post-sales function. Registrations are reviewed.

​Format: 60 minutes on Zoom.
