Women’s Circle — An Evening of Connection, Health & Balance
Join us for a thoughtful and grounding evening at SHED, Zug — a space for women to connect, reflect, and explore what it truly means to feel well, energised, and balanced in the long term.
In a world full of health trends and constant optimisation, it can be difficult to understand what truly matters. This evening brings together modern approaches and a grounded medical perspective to help you better understand your body, recognise early signals, and focus on what is essential.
What to expect:
18:30 — Welcome & Apéro
Arrive, settle in, and start the evening with a glass of champagne.
Opening Circle & Introductions
A gentle guided introduction where participants get to meet and connect with each other.
Talk by Kristina Busse
Nutritional Therapist (DipNT, CNM London) sharing a personalised approach to health and long-term wellbeing.
Talk by Dr. Hong Phan (MD)
A medical perspective on what truly matters in practice, what is often overlooked, and how to approach health with clarity and balance.
Closing & Reflection
Space for questions, sharing, and integration.
Duration:
18:30 – approx. 20:30
After the official program, we will continue the evening in the SHED members’ bar — open also to non-members for this event — offering a relaxed setting to connect, exchange, and deepen conversations.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate and meaningful.
