Martin LeBlanc has been at the intersection of creativity and technology for over four decades. It started at age 10 with frame-by-frame animation on Doctor Halo software. It grew into a teenage obsession with Pixar, years on 3D Studio Max, CD covers and concert posters traded for gig tickets. Then came the web, a computer science degree, a search engine company he founded and sold, and eventually the role of CPO at Freepik before the AI era hit.

​Now, as CXO of Magnific, Martin works with major studios and serious creative teams, guiding real AI adoption at scale. He leads a studio of 30 creatives dedicated to onboarding and consultancy for some of the world's most demanding productions.

​This session goes deep.

​Martin will get into multimodal video workflows and character and location consistency, but the real gold is in the details. He'll share the non-obvious tips, clever hacks, and hard-won methods that take a video from good to excellent. The kind of nuggets you only pick up from doing this at a serious level every day. He'll also zoom out into the bigger creative philosophy, including why leaning into AI's randomness rather than fighting it is often where the best work comes from.
