Your Human Mycelium: A Guided Journaling Session
What if the most important work you're doing right now is the part nobody can see?
Underneath every forest is a vast network of mycelium, quietly connecting trees and sharing what they need to thrive. In this guided hour, we'll use that hidden web as a mirror for our own lives.
This session is for you if:
You're in a season where a lot is happening beneath the surface
Something has recently ended or shifted, and you're still making sense of it
You want to pause and notice who and what truly sustains you
You'd love a calm, reflective hour in the middle of a busy week
What to expect from this session:
Gentle journaling prompts on endings, unseen effort, and what's ready to emerge
A simple exercise to map your own "human mycelium," the people and practices that feed you
Optional small-group sharing in breakout rooms
A closing moment where we build a web together
No writing experience needed, and sharing is always optional. Bring paper, a pen, and one small thing from outside (a leaf, a twig, a stone).
