A facilitated conversation specifically for women in the tower: your experiences, your ideas, what safety means to you, what would make this place feel genuinely yours.
Goals of this gathering ✧ Surface what safety really means to the women of Frontier Tower — and what needs to change ✧ Create space for honest stories, experiences, and expectations that leadership can act on ✧ Generate ideas and principles that will directly inform how the tower evolves for everyone

What the f*ck is a World Café? World Café is a social technology for engaging people in conversations that matter, offering an effective antidote to the fast-paced fragmentation and lack of connection in today's world.
What this looks like: multiple tables, each with a host and a focused question. You'll join a table, have a real conversation, and rotate.
Expect good conversation with women at the tower, good coffee & matcha.
Please plan to stay for the full event since we'll be setting a container in the beginning.
2:00–5:00 PM, May 9th @ 995 Market St, 6th Floor.
This is a women's only event, we will have others for all citizens.
