This call is there to give you a real feel for how our community calls work - the actual experience, not just a description of it.
It's an active call, not a webinar. You'll be in a small group, engaging in Miro interactive whiteboard, talking with fellow trainers. Camera on, ready to join in.
You will test a new facilitation method hands on, discover how other trainers approach their craft, and connect with fellow trainers and facilitators over conversations that actually go somewhere.
This is an engaging and interactive call, not a webinar where you passively listen with your camera off.
Imagine a mix of workshop and facilitated networking - all wrapped up in a supportive atmosphere where you feel welcomed and heard.
On the call, we'll:
Test one new facilitation method together, so you discover a new tool in a hands-on way
Meet some of the community members, with time to network with other trainers and facilitators
Talk a little about career development as trainers, where it's going and what it can look like, learn from members' experiences, ask your questions and get new ideas for your own path
Look at the 2027 plan for Trainers Conversations - the topics for our community calls and masterclasses lined up for the year
