About Event

At some point, most of us have that quiet (or not-so-quiet) voice that questions whether we actually belong, whether we’re as capable as others think we are, or whether we’re just one mistake away from being “found out.”

Join coaches Melissa Miller and Amy Young for an open conversation about imposter syndrome: how it shows up in our work, our leadership, and our day-to-day lives. We’ll talk honestly about the moments that trigger it, the stories we tell ourselves, and why this experience is far more common than it may feel in the moment.

As always, it will be an open, casual session to share experiences, swap thoughts, and see where the conversation takes us. No slides, no scripts, just a chance to talk it out and connect.

Melissa Miller is an executive coach with 15 years of experience leading teams in fast-paced tech and growth environments. She works with leaders navigating transition, growth, or complexity, including new and emerging managers, executives seeking a trusted sounding board, professionals considering role or industry shifts, and working parents returning from maternity leave. Melissa helps clients build confidence, strengthen communication, and lead with clarity using a practical, human-centered approach that supports both performance and well-being.

Prior to coaching, Melissa served in executive roles leading Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. She has worked both agency-side and in-house at tech companies in the startup and scale-up phases, giving her a deep understanding of how different functions operate and intersect within an organization. That perspective allows her to meet clients where they are and speak practically to the realities of modern, fast-moving organizations.

Amy Young is on a mission to eradicate burnout. She is the Founder of Redefine Possibility, a media and coaching company that serves highly conscious female leaders.  She has spoken and facilitated leadership discussions at Google, the University of Oxford, Boston University, CEOx and Keller Williams and is also the Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Redefine Possibility, the digital magazine.

Prior to founding Redefine Possibility, Amy was a Top Partner Lead in Google's GlobalPartnerships group where she led relationships with Google’s most important media, broadcastand entertainment partners. She also spent 14 years at CBS Television, holding executive rolesin Content Distribution, Business Development and Sales.
