HeartSpace — a weekly evening in presence & connection
Let’s drop out of the head, and into our hearts.
In a world that moves so fast — and a mind that rarely stops — HeartSpace is two hours of gentleness, once a week, together.
In this experimental Satsang, our intention is to create space for our inner world, so that we feel connected to ourself, and with one another.
If you looking for a different kind of social gathering, where the presence of a moment is encouraged over intellectualization, then we warmly invite you to join us!
Each evening flows gently through:
Tea ceremony — arrive from 5:30, tea until we begin at 6
Opening circle & welcome
Light movement & somatic practice — arriving into the body
Connection exercises & conversation — meeting one another
Breathwork — opening the heart, settling into coherence
Guided meditation — deepening into the heart
Dialogue & group exploration on heart-related topics: emotional wellness, mindfulness, self-enquiry, relationships, purpose, awareness, gratitude, intuition, spirituality, and more
Closing shares & integration
Nothing to prepare, nothing to get right. You’re welcome to participate as fully or as quietly as feels good.
Together we create a space to meet the heart more deeply — your own, and those around you — and maybe, to open to a spark of the mystery. Leave with a soft warmth resting in your heartspace.
Everyone is welcome — regulars of meditation and complete beginners alike. 现场会提供中文字幕,欢迎中国朋友的加入。(Chinese friends welcome — live Chinese subtitles at every session.)
