In this live experience, Raja Avila — feminine mentor and somatic practitioner and founder of sacred sisterhood — will walk you through her signature framework for becoming what she calls contagious calm [sakinah]: a woman so grounded in her body and her connection to Allah that her presence alone shifts the room.
