Most AI trading strategies never leave the world of backtests and paper trading; they rarely get a chance to be tested in real markets.
This competition aims to take the truly outstanding strategies further: participants who win the “Best AI Strategy Award” may have the opportunity to take part in Creek Labs’ million-dollar-tier (cumulative compounding) live-capital test — giving the strategy you designed a real chance to be validated in live markets.

People with Trading Ideas
You understand investment logic and want AI to help you execute You have your own read on the market and understand the basics of trading strategy. You want to use AI to support your decisions and execution. In the Agent Track, you can build your own strategy Agent by configuring prompts.
People Who Are Good with AI
You’re great at prompting and want to see how it performs in trading You’re familiar with how large language models work and know how to guide AI through complex tasks with prompts. This round supports connecting your own model API, so you can use your favorite AI model and explore driving an Agent’s trading decisions through prompts.
People Who Can Code
You have development skills and want to build a trading system from the ground up You have an engineering background and can design and implement a complete trading system. The Custom-Build Track provides C Field’s open API, letting you connect your own models and algorithms to the sandbox environment.
Awards
🏆 Overall Performance Award
As of the simulation deadline, the 3–5 teams with positive absolute returns and top sandbox-score rankings will have the opportunity to bring their strategies into the evaluation process for the Creek Labs live-capital test.
🤖 Best AI Strategy Award
Selected by Creek Labs investment experts, this award focuses on the uniqueness or innovation participants demonstrate in AI-driven discovery of trading factors. Winners may have the opportunity to take part in the Creek Labs live-capital test and to enter the Creek Labs incubation system — receiving multi-dimensional incubation support, up to and including jointly pursuing the commercialization of technical results with Creek Labs.
Competition Timeline
01 · Submit Application Early July A review panel of Creek Labs investment experts and AI technical advisors evaluates the applications and selects participants to advance to the sandbox stage.
03 · Sandbox Challenge Mid-to-late August Awards are determined based on sandbox performance and strategy evaluation. Eligible outstanding teams will proceed to the live test and follow-on collaboration process.

Track 01 · 🤖 Agent Track
Build your strategy Agent through prompts
Suited to participants who have investment ideas, are familiar with prompting, and can read basic code. Configure your trading logic and decision rules on C Field’s Agent panel; the system supports three operating modes — fully automated execution, trade-by-trade confirmation, and advisory-only. This round provides multiple models plus the option to connect your own model API, usable directly for Agent execution.

Track 02 · 🛠 Custom-Build Track
Connect your own system, with full end-to-end control
Suited to participants with engineering development skills who can build AI projects. Through C Field’s open API, connect your own models, algorithms, or trading systems to the sandbox to access real-time market data and execute trades. From signal generation to order execution, everything is defined by you.
