What You’ll Experience
The First Swing brings together three exciting zones — each designed for a different kind of adventure.
1. Ninja Zone
Your entry point into the world of ninja movement.
Run, jump, and climb across iconic obstacles like the spider wall, tilting laddders, and climbing net — designed for all levels.
2. Obstacle Zone
Experience the official U19 Modern Pentathlon obstacle course, marking the sport’s first step toward the 2028 Olympics.
Challenge yourself on the same type of course used by world-class athletes — adapted for the community to enjoy.
3. Laser Zone (by SIMPA)
A multi-sport experience inspired by the Laser Run discipline of Modern Pentathlon.
Test your focus, speed, and accuracy as you move through laser targets and mini sprints — fun for kids, families, and athletes alike.
🏃♂️ How it works:
Choose your 1-hour experience window (e.g. 10–11 AM, 11–12 PM, etc.).
Check in, warm up at The Flight Zone, and conquer our ninja-inspired obstacle course at your own pace.

Join the Time Trial Challenge (held during lunch and evening blocks) and see how you rank on our leaderboard! Fastest runs win special prizes, but anyone can try.

Competition Format
Compete 1v1 on the lanes with individual timing recorded for each participant.
Each competitor receives 2 attempts to complete each obstacle. Judges will be stationed at every obstacle to monitor your performance.
After 2 failed attempts at any obstacle, you will receive a Do Not Finish (DNF). However, you may continue attempting to complete the course subject to timing availability.
🧠 No experience needed.
Our ninja coaches will be around if you need guidance through the course safely — making it suitable for adults, teens, and families.
