​You have an idea that could change your community. Or maybe you feel a pull to change something, you just haven't found your starting point yet.

​The Human Connector Incubator is your starting point.

​This 8-month hybrid program by Kontakt Kollektiv helps you turn that spark into a concrete, funded project.

​What You'll Actually Do & Get

​Over 8 months, you'll:
• Conduct market research through stakeholder interviews and trend analysis
• Develop practical community engagement skills - hosting online and in-person incubator sessions
• Create a concrete project description with measurable impact (1-3 KPIs)
• Get expert feedback from mentors and peers in monthly group sessions and 1-on-1 mentoring
• Learn where to find funding and how to apply - with built-in accountability to actually submit applications
• Build partnerships and practice "selling" your project to stakeholders

​What makes this different: This isn't just learning - you'll be DOING. By the end, you'll have taken steps toward making your idea a reality.

​Your Project Could Look Like:

​• A support group for single parents at your workplace
• Mental health services for LGBTQ+ community members
• A men's circle to discuss challenges men rarely talk about
• A community project supporting first-generation migrants
• Any project that creates meaningful connections between people

​Program Snapshot

​A 8-month journey from idea to action, through four hands-on phases: Research, Ideation, Fundraising/Development, and Celebration. You'll receive mentorship, join co-working sessions, and build with a supportive community.

​Is This For You?

​We're looking for Project Leaders and Team Members based in the greater Hamburg area who are ready to dedicate time each week to build a real community project. No prior experience needed, we're focused on commitment and a desire to connect people.

​We especially encourage applications from: people from migrant communities, women, gender minorities, and anyone wanting to make their voice heard.
