The Art of a Great Working Life
What makes a great working life? And what does that look like for you?
We spend much of our lives working, yet rarely make time to step back and consider what we really want, or how we might shape it. And even when we do, turning our ideas, insights and frustrations into meaningful action isn’t always easy.
There’s no single formula for a great working life. What energises, motivates and fulfils us is deeply personal. But insights from psychology, combined with the opportunity to reflect and learn from others, can help us make more intentional choices about how we work and live.
Join us for a thoughtful and interactive morning for women who want to make more of their working lives.
Who is this for?
This experience is for women from all walks of working life — whether you’re in a corporate role, a startup, a creative field, running your own business or somewhere in between.
You don’t need to be at a career crossroads or looking to make a big change. Whether you’re loving what you do, figuring out what’s next or simply curious about how to make more of your working life, you’re welcome here.
What you’ll take away
Fresh perspectives: Reflect on what’s working, what matters most and what you might want to change or explore.
Meaningful connections: Meet thoughtful women from different industries and backgrounds, beyond your usual professional circles.
A renewed sense of possibility: Leave with greater clarity about what you want from your working life and the choices available to you.
What to expect
This small-group experience is designed to create space for conversation, thoughtful reflection and connection.
You’ll take part in reflective activities and conversations that invite you to explore your own experiences and learn from others.
No preparation is required - just bring your curiosity and an openness to new perspectives.
About your facilitator
Charlotte Rush | Organisational Psychologist, Coach & Leadership Development Specialist
Hi, I’m Charlotte! I’m an Organisational Psychologist passionate about helping people create working lives they genuinely enjoy.
Through my career, I’ve experienced the good, the bad and the brilliant when it comes to jobs, bosses and teams. I’ve also had to make some tough choices, including walking away from opportunities that may have looked great but didn’t quite align with my values or what I wanted for my future. Those experiences, alongside my work in coaching and leadership development, have shaped a belief I hold strongly: we have more influence over our working lives than we sometimes realise.
I’ve got a nine-to-five, working in leadership development consulting, partnering with some of Australia’s largest organisations to help leaders and teams grow and thrive at work.
Outside of my day job, I’m bringing that same passion to something close to my heart: creating a community where women can come together to connect, reflect and shape their working lives on their own terms.
I’d love for you to be part of it!
