Just Venting for GTM & Growth
Just Venting. Except it never is.
Ninety minutes, two parts: first the whole room says what's stuck, then we split into small groups and work two of those things through.
You've typed the message and deleted it. You've said "all good" on the standup. You built the outbound stack, the reporting layer, the AI experiments nobody asked you to own, and there's no one to say to that you can't tell anymore whether any of it works.
Carrying it alone isn't toughness. It's a single point of failure.
HOW IT RUNS
Part one - the circle. A short practice to land in the room, then we go round and you say the thing that's stuck - from what it actually feels like, not the status-update version. "Q3 is behind plan" is a status update. "I built our entire outbound stack and I can't tell anymore if any of it works" is the real thing. Someone else reflects it back and you hear your own thing differently.
Part two - cases in small groups. We take two of the things that came up, split into two groups, and work them. You pick which one to join. Fifteen minutes where a group of people who do your job is thinking about your problem, not theirs.
THE THREE RULES
01 Nothing leaves the room. No recording, no notes, no write-up. Chatham House. 02 No pitching. Vendors and agencies don't get in. There is nothing to sell here and nothing to buy. 03 Bring one thing, not a deck. Nothing to prepare. One sentence is enough.
IS THIS YOUR ROOM?
Yes, if you run GTM, growth, revenue ops, or demand gen, and the load is currently landing on you personally Yes, if the honest answer to "how's it going" is longer than the one you give Yes, if you'd rather hear how three other people are handling the same thing than read another framework about it
No, if you're here to sell something No, if you want a talk, slides, or a recording to catch up on later No, if you can't have cameras on for ninety minutes
WHAT WE'RE NOT PROMISING
This is the first public session in the series. We're not going to tell you what you'll walk out with - we'd be making it up. What we can tell you is what the room is: capped at 20, everyone in it doing this job, ninety minutes, cameras on, and no one taking notes.
DETAILS
Wednesday, September 2, 2026 17:00 CEST | 16:00 BST | 08:00 PDT 90 minutes | Zoom, cameras on | free 20 seats | every registration is reviewed by a human
The practice is stress sharing, run by Alex Mel (melnichek.space), who does this for teams and communities. RevGuild brings the room.
And yes - technically this is stress sharing. We just know you'd never click on an event called that.
Request a seat. If we're full, take the waitlist - and the series keeps going: the next public session is September 30.
