The fellowship aims to immerse students in the firm’s investing, portfolio impact, and engineering work. Our goal is to provide both a valuable learning experience for an exceptional group of college students and in turn to learn from each of them.
Each fellow will apprentice with a leader at the firm (across either deal team, portfolio impact, or product & engineering) - this will ensure deep exposure to one part of the firm. To supplement that experience, fellows will be staffed to projects on the other teams in order to see everything that happens at Thrive.
The fellowship is 10 weeks long, paid, based in New York with potential travel to San Francisco and other locations as needed. This is a full-time position June through August of 2026.
