Fellows receive a two-week, in-person training camp focused on startup fundamentals, founder-led sessions, and practical AI skills to drive impact from day one. With a 3:1 job-to-fellow ratio and a 1,600+ alumni network, Ember streamlines the search for high-quality startup roles and accelerates early-career growth.
