​All you need to bring is yourself, a towel and a bit of craic 🤝 Wetsuit, life jacket and board all provided!

​We’re heading to Dún Laoghaire for our first ever event on the water (more than just a dip🤪) as we team up with @BigStyleSUP for a guided stand-up paddle boarding session.

​This one’s suited to absolutely everyone, whether you’ve paddleboarded before or have never stepped on one in your life. Bring a friend, come on your own, whatever suits. It’ll be a relaxed session with some fun games once we get out on the water and a great chance to give something new a go and try it for the first time

​Water sports are a personal favourite of mine, so I’m buzzing for this one and hopefully it’s the first of many events we’ll do on the water.

​As always, it’s not about who’s the best. It’s about creating a comfortable environment to be uncomfortable in and giving people the opportunity to try something new without having to do it alone.

​With the weather looking great, it’s shaping up to be a brilliant afternoon🤞☀️

​Afterwards we’ll be heading to Catalyst Café just around the corner where a hot drink and sweet treat are included in your ticket, along with a chance to get to know a few more people after the session
