This four-week course offers a practical and accessible introduction to meditation. It is suitable for complete beginners, as well as those looking to re-establish a steady practice.
Each session combines simple instruction, guided meditation, and space for reflection. The emphasis is on learning skills you can use in daily life to develop clarity, steadiness, and a more grounded relationship with your thoughts and emotions.
The course runs weekly and builds progressively, so participants are encouraged to attend all sessions.
