An Hour of Lift
Grounding for leaders: Lift for what come next.
There is something most leaders are carrying right now that almost no one around them can see.
Not always the visible pressures. Sometimes it is the quieter, more personal thing underneath. The fear of falling short despite a strong track record. The weight of decisions made alone. The exhaustion of projecting confidence you don't fully feel. The wondering whether the work still means what it used to.
Sometimes it isn't even about work. It is a health scare, yours or someone you love. A relationship quietly fraying under the pressure. A season of grief or loss you can't quite name. Depression or anxiety you manage on your own. A life transition that is changing who you thought you were.
All of it comes with you into your leadership. And most of the time, there is no honest place to put it down.
An Hour of Lift is a 90-minute monthly gathering where you can. Honest, peer-level conversation for leaders who want to be seen in the real struggle, not just coached through the visible one. You will leave feeling less alone, more grounded, and a little clearer on what comes next.
Free. Virtual. No pitch, no program.
September 17 | 9 AM Pacific / Noon Eastern
This gathers monthly, but it is not a subscription. Come when you need it. September 17 is its own event and the only commitment you are making today.
One ask: start with us from the beginning and stay the full 90 minutes. What happens in the room depends on everyone being fully present.
Why I created this
Not long ago I found myself feeling genuinely lost. I wasn't sure what I should be doing with the next chapter of my career. Then people started telling me I had a healing impact on them, and I didn't fully know what to do with that. So I started paying attention. I spent time listening to leaders talk about what they were actually carrying, and I realized how many people are walking through their days with heavy things that nobody around them can see.
I have been trying to get organizations to invest in this kind of work. That is a slow road. In the meantime, I didn't want to wait to help people.
This is my way of doing that while I figure the rest out.
I am Shawn Quinn. I run Lift Consulting. I hope to see you on September 17.
