Who are Rosie Pros?
Rosie Pros are the heart of Rosie. You are students, parents, teachers, artists, career-shifters, and future CEOs who help families with a mix of childcare and household support. One session might be school pickup, snacks, and homework help; another might be laundry, a kitchen reset, or getting the house ready for tomorrow. You choose sessions that fit your schedule, see the details and pay upfront, get paid right after every session, and have a real Rosie team in their corner.

Rosie, was started to by moms, to make family life a little easier. Families become Rosie members and get flexible support with kids and home from trusted, vetted Pros, while Rosie handles the scheduling, coordination, and payments behind the scenes.

FAQs
Are there required hours?
Nope, your schedule is yours. Pick up a few hours here and there or build a regular rhythm with families you click with. We do ask Pros to commit to at least three months with Rosie.
How is this different from babysitting or nannying?
Rosie Pros are more like mother’s helpers: an extra set of hands for parents, whether that’s watching the kids or pitching in around the house. And it’s flexible, consistent work that Rosie finds for you.
How will I earn?
You earn for every hour worked, plus bonuses, and get paid right after each session (no invoices, no chasing payments). The more you Rosie, the more you can unlock bonuses, a higher base rate, and guaranteed hours.
Can I apply if I have another job?
Yes, and many Pros do. Whether you’re in school, working part-time, or juggling a few things, Rosie is built to flex around your life.
What does onboarding look like?
Online application, then an in-person skills and experience check (while we run references and a background check), then a paid shadow session with an experienced Pro, and then you start meeting your first families.
