Thinking about spinning out a quantum company, or already taking your first steps as a founder? This session is designed to help quantum founders and founders-to-be understand the key legal foundations of starting and structuring a company.
We’re joined by Isabelle Verhaegh and Jaap van den Broek from DZVA, one of the Netherlands’ leading deep-tech law firms with extensive experience in the quantum ecosystem.
They will take us through the legal steps involved in moving from university spin-out to an investment-ready company, including the agreements, governance and IP arrangements founders should think about early on.
