​In this Build & Coffee session, you will build your vision board for 2027 with LEGO® bricks: who you are at work today, who you want to be by the end of 2027, and the steps that take you there.

​We use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, which was developed at the LEGO Group and is used by teams and leaders around the world. The idea is simple: when you think with your hands, you get past the polished answers to what really matters to you. You don’t plan your model, you build it, and often it shows you something you didn’t know yet. Everyone builds, everyone shares and everyone is heard.

​Then we share. You get fresh eyes and good questions from professionals outside your company, and you leave with a photo of your board and one clear first step.

​This isn’t a networking event. It’s a small group, good coffee, and real conversation.
